The Eagle View Estates subdivision in Kingman's far north has lain dormant since shortly after it began construction in 2007. According to Arizona Registrar of Contractors Director William Mundell, abandonment of construction projects like this, whether due to bankruptcy or outright fraud, have become increasingly prevalent since the housing boom collapsed several years ago.Click here to purchase this photo
