Japan shocked America when it attacked Pearl Harbor Dec. 7, 1941, but for U.S. military personnel in Hawaii at the time, the initial shock wore off rather quickly - it was time to get to work.Today is the 70th anniversary of a day that catapulted America into World War II. As each anniversary widens the gap of time between now and then, the amount of Pearl Harbor survivors sharing their stories with us does the opposite, as many of the men and women who were there have passed away.
