Measure seen as one way to assist with disclipline issues
A Kingman Unified School District Governing Board committee is exploring the possibility of requiring the district's 7,055 students to wear full uniforms. The committee of 10, composed of district and school administrators and parents, met Wednesday for the first time to discuss the issue.
