As of Tuesday, four Kingman residents have pulled election packets to run for City Council.
Greg Potter of Sunrise Engineering identified 18 projects to improve the city’s water system at an estimated cost of $60 million, including $40 million to replace about 200,000 feet, or 38 miles, of old water lines that are deteriorating in the Butler area.
