Arnold Plaza, 315 E. Oak St., has fallen into a state of disrepair since being abandoned by Mohave County in 2005, with exterior paint flaking, debris collecting in stairwells and graffiti sprayed on electrical boxes. Asbestos removal will begin next week to start the process of turning the building into a veteran’s resource facility.
