Welcome to Kingman Middle School’s Adult Culinary Program! On the third Saturday of each month, Kingman Middle School’s own Ms. Tapley, along with an assistant, will hold a class on how to make the same high-end food you would find in the restaurants of Gordon Ramsay, Wolfgang Puck, Paul Prudhomme, and the like. Each class is $35 per couple (spouses, partners, friends, even parent/child couples are welcome), payable in advance, with 100% of the proceeds going to the culinary program at Kingman Middle School. All you need to bring to the class is what you find on the ingredient list (which is provided when you sign up), a willingness to learn something new and exciting, and an appetite!
This month’s program is on February 17th, 2018, from 2-6PM, in Room 201 at Kingman Middle School. You will be learning how to make Gordon Ramsay’s signature dish, Beef Wellington, along with garlic mashed potatoes and a rich beef gravy, all from scratch.
For more information, please call Kingman Middle School at (928) 753-3588, and ask for Ms. Ross, or e-mail Ms. Tapley at
