in cooperation with Mohave Museum of History & Arts, the Barthlow Family, along with AZ Humanities & Sounds of Kingman present; “Our Time, Our History”. This program about the world-famous Navajo Code Talkers promises to be one of our best. Ms. Laura Tohe, Road Scholar, herself a member of the Navajo Nation, will enlighten us with her research and personal knowledge. During WWII, a select group of young Navajo Men enlisted in the Marines with a unique weapon. Using the Navajo language, they devised a secret code that the enemy never deciphered. This is one event you do not want to miss. Join us to honor these outstanding Americans.
