Allen Lee Henson of Peach Springs died Saturday July 14, 2001, in Phoenix.

He was 46.


Henson was born March 20, 1955, in Long Beach, Calif., and came to Arizona one year ago from Alcoa, Tenn.

He was employed as a bus driver and tour guide for Grand Canyon West Enterprises.

He was a veteran of the U.S.



Henson was graduated from the Tennessee Institute of Electronics, receiving an associate's degree.

He also was graduated from Los Medanos College, where he received a degree in law enforcement.

He was a founding member of Blount Christian Church in Maryville, Tenn.


Henson is survived by: his wife, Victoria Henson of Peach Springs; one daughter, Kimberly Henson of Peach Springs; two sons, Shaun Henson and Paul Henson, both of Peach Springs; one sister, Marsha Sparks of Maryville, Tenn.; and one brother, Wendell Henson of Chino, Calif.

Services were held Wednesday July 18, 2001, in Peach Springs.
