John Jeffrey Pierce

John Jeffrey Pierce of Kingman died Thursday June 14, 2001, in Tucson.

He was 40.


Pierce was born march 21, 1961, in Detroit, Mich.

He moved to Kingman 12 years ago from Jupiter, Fla.

He worked as a framing contractor.


Pierce is survived by: his wife, Megan Pierce of Kingman; two daughters, Susan Pierce and Erin Pierce, both of Kingman; one son, Charles Pierce of Kingman; his father, Philip F.

Pierce of Florida; his mother, Joyce C.

Pierce of Tucson; one brother, Philip F.

Pierce Jr.

of Connecticut; and two sisters, Soli Pierce of New York, and Susan Pierce of Michigan.

A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m.

on Thursday June 21, 2001, at St.

Mary's Catholic Church.

Walter 'Woody' Keen

Walter "Woody" Keen died Saturday June 16, 2001, in Kingman.

He was 87.


Keen was born July 4, 1913, in Beth Page, Tenn.

He was a pipeline construction worker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kingman ward.


Keen is survived by: his wife, Carrol (Hunt) Keen of Kingman; one daughter, Barbara Martell of Kingman; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation and services will be held Thursday June 21, 2001, at 10 a.m.

and 11 a.m.

respectively at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 610 Eastern Ave.

Bishop Frank Brown will officiate.

Sutton Crematory will handle cremation.
