Pair arrested on warrants

KINGMAN -- Mohave County Sheriff's detectives arrested William Stephen Smith Jr., 34, and Mary Faye Graham, 28, both of Kingman on Friday.

Smith was arrested on a felony theft of means of transportation warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court and misdemeanor failure to appear warrant from Kingman Municipal Court.

Graham was arrested on a felony possession of drug paraphernalia warrant and misdemeanor failure to pay fines warrant, both issued by Kingman Justice Court.

Detectives contacted Smith at a residence in the 5900 block of Eric Drive about his outstanding warrants, a news release from the MCSO stated. He was taken into custody without incident.

Detectives also contacted Graham at the residence. A records check on her turned up the two warrants and she was arrested.

Smith and Graham both were booked into Mohave County Jail.

GV Man facing drug charges

GOLDEN VALLEY -- Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher William Corbett, 29, of Golden Valley on Friday night on felony charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct/domestic violence and criminal damage.

About 7:27 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic violence call from a residence in the 3200 block of Chino Drive, a news release from the MCSO stated.

Upon arrival, deputies observed Corbett sitting on the front patio with blood on his left hand.

Golden Valley Fire Department personnel responded to treat Corbett.

The 57-year-old female victim stated she had become frightened and allegedly began breaking and throwing objects.

Corbett was taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.

As he was being searched at the jail, a box containing a pipe and marijuana allegedly was found on his person.

Man arrested on drug charge

KINGMAN -- Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brett Edward Anderson, 26, of Kingman on Sunday on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to a disturbance call in the 1700 block of Gordon Drive, a news release from the MCSO stated.

They contacted Anderson as he stood outside the residence. During a conversation, deputies repeatedly asked Anderson to remove his hands from his pants pockets and at one point he would not comply.

Deputies searched Anderson and allegedly found a glass pipe. He was taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.
