KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Anthony Michael Guarnieri, 25, of Irvine, Calif., on Monday on a felony probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court.

About 3 p.m., Guarnieri came into MCSO headquarters to turn himself in on the warrant, a news release from the MCSO stated.

A records check confirmed the warrant. Guarnieri then was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Department of Public Safety officers arrested Jason Frank, 28, and Rebecca Black, 32, both of Las Vegas on Monday on felony charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of contraband.

About 12:15 p.m., officers responded to the Silver Springs Road exit (milepost 79) of Interstate 40, a news release from the DPS stated.

They contacted the owner, who stated the vehicle he recovered was stolen a week earlier. Frank and Black were identified as occupants of the vehicle.

A search of the vehicle allegedly produced numerous items of drugs and paraphernalia. Frank and Black were booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Justin Lynn Victory, 24, of Kingman on Sunday night on a felony charge of possession of marijuana and misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license.

About 10:24 p.m., deputies contacted Victory during a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Stockton Hill Road, a news release from the MCSO stated.

Victory was taken into custody after a records check revealed his driver's license was suspended. A search of his person allegedly revealed a marijuana cigarette.

Victory was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ronald Keith Dyson, 55, of Yucca, and Kingman residents Steven James Lee, 51, Brandon Cole Wegscheid, 22, and Jason Timothy Millin, 19, on Saturday on one felony count each of burglary.

Deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 5300 block of Hualapai Mountain Road, a news release from the MCSO stated.

They contacted four male subjects, identified as Dyson, Lee, Wegscheid and Millin, at the gate to a property. The reporting party told deputies she had experienced past problems of trespassers and theft.

Deputies observed inside the gate lying on the ground an ammunition box, large pulley and metal tub containing numerous items.

The four subjects said they were hiking on the property, and Lee added he thought the items were abandoned and did not belong to anyone.

All four suspects were taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Teri Lee Ryan, 36, of Kingman on Saturday on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony fugitive from justice warrant out of Newton County, Mo.

Deputies contacted Ryan during a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Northern Avenue, a news release from the MCSO stated.

A records check turned up the warrant that stemmed from an original charge of fraud. Ryan was taken into custody.

A search of Ryan and her purse allegedly uncovered a syringe and plastic bag containing a white crystal substance that later field-tested positive for methamphetamine.

Ryan was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested William David Cleveland III, 26, of Kingman on Saturday night on a felony charge of child abuse.

About 8:20 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic violence call in the 3600 block of Schaeffer Avenue, a news release from the MCSO stated.

They contacted Cleveland and learned he lost his temper and allegedly struck his 3-month-old son with his hand. The infant was taken to Kingman Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Cleveland was booked into Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Miguel Angel Lopez, 26, of Kingman on Friday night on a felony charge of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.

About 7:06 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance in the 1700 block of Devlin Avenue, a news release from the MCSO stated.

Deputies contacted Lopez and he became agitated during questioning. Lopez reportedly refused to comply with instructions from deputies and allegedly pushed one of them.

Lopez had to be subdued with a Taser.

He was taken into custody and booked into Mohave County Jail.
