Mohave County Sheriff
David Ray Rhodes, 30, of Golden Valley arrested on Oct. 1 on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/domestic violence, a felony.
At about 3:35 p.m., deputies responded to domestic disturbance in the 3900 block of Colorado Road and contacted the 50-year-old female alleged victim, who reported that her daughter's boyfriend, Rhodes, pulled a knife on her.
She said she started to back away from Rhodes while he continued walking toward her with the knife, and then her daughter and Rhodes left in a maroon GMC blazer.
A short time later, deputies contacted Rhodes in the 3700 block of Bonita Road, and Rhodes allegedly said he had threatened someone with a knife.
Deputies took Rhodes into custody without incident and booked him into the Mohave County Jail.
Martin Eric Nelson Sr., 43, of Golden Valley arrested Oct. 1 on a felony warrant for failure to appear, issued by Mohave County Superior Court. The original charge was aggravated DUI and a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court, issued by Kingman Justice Court on the original charge of DUI.
At about 8:02 p.m., deputies contacted Nelson during an investigation. A records check showed Nelson to have outstanding warrants.
Deputies took Nelson into custody without incident and booked him into the Mohave County Jail.
Widd Allen Kerr, 30, of Dolan Springs arrested on Oct. 4 on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, all felonies; and driving with suspended driver's license and no current vehicle registration, misdemeanors.
At about 10:15 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on 14th Street and Pierce Ferry Road and observed the driver, later identified as Kerr, get out of the vehicle and move toward the front of the vehicle.
Deputies contacted Kerr and allegedly observed a plastic bag of marijuana being stuffed into the grill of the vehicle. They took Kerr into custody without incident, and a search of Kerr allegedly revealed a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance which later allegedly field tested positive for methamphetamine.
A records check showed Kerr to have a suspended driver's license, and the vehicle Kerr was driving allegedly did not have a license plate.
Deputies booked Kerr into the Mohave County Jail and had the vehicle towed from the scene.
Kelly Roger Nelson, 33, of Golden Valley arrested on Oct. 5 on two outstanding felony warrants.
At about 5 p.m., deputies contacted Nelson in the area of Chino Drive and Verde Road.
A records check showed Nelson to have felony warrants for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both issued by Bullhead City Justice Court.
Nelson was taken into custody, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Douglas Jay Kloepfer, 44, of Dolan Springs arrested on Oct. 5 for two outstanding warrants.
At about 12:30 p.m., deputies contacted Kleopfer in the area of Highway 93 and Pierce Ferry Road.
A records check showed Kloepfer to have a felony warrant for probation violation issued by Mohave County Superior Court and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Justice Court. Kloepfer was taken into custody, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
