KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Matthew Corey Sers, 24, of Kingman, late Saturday morning for criminal damage.

Deputies responded to a criminal damage report in the 2700 block of Suffock Drive at 8:53 a.m. and contacted the 18-year-old male victim. The victim reported that he heard a banging noise and, when he went outside, saw his car with broken windows and two subjects running west on Suffock Drive. Deputies contacted a witness who reported that she knew the two male subjects - one of them identified as Sers. Deputies observed a blue 1999 Ford Escort with three windows broken out and a dent to the driver's door. During the investigation, deputies learned the whereabouts of Sers. At about 11:30 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 68 at milepost 25 in Golden Valley and contacted Sers, a passenger in the vehicle. During conversations with Sers, he denied involvement in the criminal damage. Sers was taken into custody without incident before being transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested four Kingman residents early Friday afternoon.

Victor Gutierrez, 41, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Alicia Leah Gilstrap, 22, was arrested on a felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court. An 18-year-old and 20-year-old were arrested on misdemeanor-related offenses. At approximately 11:55 a.m., deputies observed the 18-year-old, who allegedly had a suspended driver's license, driving a vehicle on Jimmie Drive approaching Northern Avenue. Deputies observed the vehicle's occupants park in front of then enter a residence in the 4400 block of Charles Drive. Deputies contacted Gutierrez and Gilstrap with the other two Kingman residents. A records check showed Gutierrez and Gilstrap to have outstanding warrants. A search of Gutierrez allegedly revealed a glass pipe with burnt residue. The four were taken into custody without incident before being transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
