KINGMAN - Kingman Police investigated six vehicle burglaries over the weekend of July 7-8.
Four of the vehicles were left unlocked. One had a window broken and another its soft top cut, a news release from the KPD stated.
Items stolen ranged from cash, purses and wallets, to expensive equipment. The crimes happened in the 2000 block of Pasadena Avenue, 4000 block of Sidewinder Avenue, 1700 block of Main Street, two in the 700 block of Ridgecrest Drive, and the 3300 block of Airfield Avenue.
People are urged to lock vehicles left unattended, especially at night, and to not leave valuables in sight within them.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jerrett Daniel Busby, 32, Dana Lee Shumate, 27, both of Kingman, and Gustavo Lua Jr., 20, of Bullhead City on Friday on one count each of destruction to a jail facility, a felony.
Deputies were called to Mohave County Jail where they talked with a detention officer who reported three inmates had broken sprinkler heads off inside two cells, a news release from the MCSO stated.
Deputies questioned the three suspects before booking them on the new charge.
Busby was arrested April 10 by Kingman Police on felony charges that included two counts of aggravated assault, four counts of aggravated domestic violence, three counts of endangerment, and misdemeanor assault. While incarcerated, he also was charged April 23 with escape and attempt to commit, felonies.
Kingman Police arrested Shumate on Oct. 16 on misdemeanor charges of trespassing and shoplifting. He was later charged on a felony failure to appear warrant out of Mohave County Superior Court, and on April 23 on felony charges of escape and attempt to commit.
Bullhead Police arrested Lua on Aug. 22 on three counts each of aggravated robbery and three counts of theft, all felonies.
