Man already in jail for sexual assault committed last year
KINGMAN - A Kingman man has pled guilty to charges of felony sexual abuse.
Bradley K. Roberts, 20, of Kingman accepted a plea agreement from the County Attorney's Office and pled guilty to sexual abuse on Friday. Another felony count of molesting a child was dismissed.
According to the plea agreement, Roberts could receive a possible year in jail with probation for the rest of his life. He would have to register as a sex offender and wear a GPS tracking device.
According to court documents, between August 2006 and May 2007 Roberts sexually abused a child under the age of 15 in the Kingman area.
A sentencing date was set for 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 29.
Roberts is currently in custody serving a sentence from a previous case.
In that case, Roberts broke into a woman's home in October, sexually assaulted her, refused to let her leave and stole and cashed two money orders.
A jury found him guilty of felony sexual assault, aggravated assault, kidnapping, burglary and forgery
