MCC orientation begins Tuesday
KINGMAN - Orientation for students at the Mohave Community College campuses begins on Tuesday.
In anticipation of classes beginning on Aug. 25, the Recruitment and Career Services at MCC is sponsoring two-hour sessions addressing study skills, terms, supplemental instruction, the college handbook, disability services, career services, early alert, the role of the advisors, financial aid, the computer lab, the bookstore, EX Web and Distance Education/Angel software.
In Room 200F on the J. Leonard and Grace Neal Campus in Kingman, the sessions will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, noon to 2 p.m. on Aug. 18, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 20, 1 to 3 p.m. on Aug. 26 and from 1 to 3 p.m. on Aug. 28.
At the Lake Havasu City Campus, the sessions will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 20 in Room 204, 9 a.m. to noon on Aug. 21 in the Hodel Library, 9 a.m. to noon on Aug. 23 in the Hodel Library and 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 28 in Room 204.
In Room 210 on the Thomas C. Henry Campus in Bullhead City, the sessions will run from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 19, and noon to 2 p.m. on Aug. 23.
