KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested John Francis Heit Jr., 47, of Kingman on Friday evening on a felony warrant for theft/forgery, issued by Mohave County Superior Court, along with two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court, both issued by Kingman Justice Court. At 10:25 p.m., deputies attempted to make contact with Heit at a residence in the 2500 block of Ames Avenue regarding his outstanding warrants. As deputies approached the residence, a male subject took off running through an alley. After a short distance, deputies caught up with the subject, identified as Heit. They took him into custody and booked him into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christine Monique David, 30, of Kingman on Friday evening on a felony warrant for fraudulent schemes/artifices, issued by Mohave County Superior Court, along with three misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear, failure to pay fines, both issued by Kingman Justice Court and a probation violation issued by Kingman Municipal Court. At 7:05 p.m., deputies contacted David at a residence in the 3500 block of Northfield Avenue regarding her outstanding warrants. They took her into custody and booked her into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Sheriff's Office Saturday afternoon in reference to a female subject who wanted to turn herself in on an outstanding warrant. At 12:17 p.m., deputies contacted Tracy Rene Kozikowski, 36, of Golden Shores, and confirmed her active warrant. She was arrested on a dangerous-drugs felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court on original charge of possession of marijuana for sale, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's MAGNET detectives on Nov. 25 arrested Tempest Gaye Tomlinson, 46, of Kingman and Gregory Alan Tomlinson, also 46, of Queen Creek. Tempest Tomlinson was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of dangerous drugs, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court. Gregory Tomlinson was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies. Deputies were aware that Tempest Tomlinson had outstanding warrants. When they saw her traveling in a vehicle at 4:10 p.m., they stopped the vehicle in the 3300 block of Andy Devine Avenue and contacted Gregory Tomlinson, the driver. Gregory Tomlinson provided detectives with false information, according to a Sheriff's office news release. He was taken into custody without incident. A search of Gregory Tomlinson allegedly revealed two small, yellow, plastic bags containing a white crystal substance, the release stated. Detectives allegedly saw Tempest Tomlinson lean forward as she sat in the passenger seat. The deputies had her exit the vehicle and took her into custody without incident. Detectives then located two plastic bags under the passenger seat. One bag allegedly contained a crystal substance and the other contained residue, the release stated. Both Tempest Tomlinson and Gregory Tomlinson were booked into the Mohave County Jail. The substances all tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the MCSO.
