KINGMAN - Kingman Police officers arrested Daniel Wayne Bell, 21, of Kingman Sunday on suspicion of felony resisting arrest, possession of dangerous drugs and misdemeanors. Officers responded to a call around 5:30 p.m. of a man lying in the roadway near Hope and Airfield avenues. According to the Kingman Police Department, the officers recognized Bell as being wanted in regards to an assault that occurred the night before at a bar in the 300 block of Andy Devine Avenue. According to KPD, Bell resisted arrest and led officers on a foot chase for several blocks. He was taken into custody and found to be in illegal possession of prescription-only medication. He was booked into the county jail.
