Charles F. Dooley
Charles F. Dooley found peace on the morning of Thursday, July 10, 2008, in Kingman. He was born in Durant, Okla., on July 21, 1954. He was loved and cherished in this life by his wife, Cynthia Dooley, and his daughters, Sharlene Dooley, with grandsons, Dakota and Evan, Melissa Wilkinson, with granddaughters, Dana and Erin; and his brother, James Dooley. He is also survived by daughters, Jennifer and Michelle, with Athena Jo Green (also deceased) and eight grandchildren.
He was a father, a friend, a husband and a gentle soul in a harsh world. He was strong even when he was weak. He knew that gentleness was the duty of a father. He taught us lessons that we'll never forget. Though he is departed, he is not gone, and he'll live forever as part of us.
His ashes will be set free in Oklahoma near his beloved father. Arrangements are being made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
A small memorial service for those whose lives he touched and who touched his life in return will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, at Hubbs Park on Golconda Ave.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that you spend time with the family and friends that you love and cherish in this lifetime and that you make memories in this life that will carry you through to the next.
