Man says he's not guilty of sex crimes
KINGMAN - A Kingman man was arraigned Sept. 2 on felony charges of sexual conduct, molestation and sexual exploitation of a minor.
John D. Kruse, 33, of Kingman, pleaded not guilty to seven felony counts of sexual conduct with a minor, three counts of molestation of a child and nine counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
According to court documents, the alleged incidents took place between May 1, 2002, and Aug. 16.
Deputy County Attorney Megan McCoy asked the court to consider holding Kruse without bond. Judge Steven Conn said he would take the matter under advisement.
Kingman Police officers arrested Kruse during a domestic violence call in August. While officers were investigating, they learned certain information that led them to get a search warrant for the home. They seized a computer, some cameras and several videotapes.
