KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Christina Ester Mattes, 34, of Kingman Sunday for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor warrant for shoplifting. Officers responded to the 3300 block of Harrison Street around 3 p.m. in reference to a disorderly conduct call. Officers contacted Mattes and a check was conducted for warrants. It was advised that Mattes had a warrant for her arrest. After being taken into custody, marijuana and paraphernalia were located in Mattes' possession. Mattes was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Units were deployed Saturday due a missing subject on an ATV. The reporting party said that Michael Victor Vancleef Jr., 18, of Las Vegas left early Saturday morning on an ATV and that he hadn't returned and wasn't answering his cell phone. Kingman Search and Rescue Units responded to the area of Blake Ranch Road off of Interstate 40 around noon and began looking for the teen. Vancleef was located at the Petro gas station about three hours later. Vancleef told rescuers that he hitched a ride to the gas station after his ATV ran out of gasoline near Highway 93 and Interstate 40.
KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Christopher Robin Fox, 29, of Kingman Friday on a felony warrant and charges of theft of means of transportation. Officers responded to the 1500 block of Main Street around 3:45 p.m. in reference to a possible stolen vehicle. It was advised while officers were responding that Fox had a felony warrant for his arrest for a probation violation from Maricopa County. While officers were investigating the report of a stolen vehicle it was confirmed that the vehicle was stolen from El Paso, Texas. Fox was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
