Jennie May Fuller Stanley
In Memory Of...
Jennie May Fuller Stanley was born on Feb. 15, 1935, in Newdale, Idaho, to Clark and Madeline Fuller. She left us on Feb. 14, 2009, in Phoenix after a courageous battle with a long illness.
Jennie was raised in Pine, Ariz. She served a mission to Southern California for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She married Norman Stanley on Oct. 11, 1963. She and Norm then settled and raised their family in Kingman.
Jennie was a homemaker and served others throughout her life. Many were touched by her willingness to share her talents of cooking, baking and sewing. She was an avid reader from her childhood and passed that love of reading on to her grandchildren.
Her parents preceded Jennie in death.
Surviving Jennie is her husband of 45 years, Norm Stanley of Kingman; sons, Matt (Shelley), Danny (Jackie) of Kingman and David (Deanna) of Battle Mountain, Nev.; grandchildren, Allison, Colton, Kari (Jim), Kelley, April (Brandon), and Melissa (Randy); and three great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Karina and David.
She is also survived by her brother, Vernon (Betty) of Mesa; sister, Betty (Jim) of Yuma; and brother, Wid of Kingman; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and good friends.
Jennie loved her family, friends and her life here in Kingman. We will miss Jennie's sweet smile, kindness and love that she freely gave to all who came within her reach.
Services will be on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 3180 Rutherford.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. with the service to follow at 11. Interment will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
