DOLAN SPRINGS - Mohave County Sheriff's detectives arrested Jane Elizabeth Montgomery, 53, of Dolan Springs Monday morning for a felony warrant for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court, both issued by Kingman Justice Court. At 11: 21 a.m., detectives contacted Montgomery at a residence in the 14800 block of Eureka regarding the outstanding warrants. Montgomery was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Oan Jones, 48, of Kingman and Randall Evan Anderson, 23, of Meadview Tuesday morning. Jones and Anderson were each arrested for possession of felony dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Anderson was also charged with a felony warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court for possession of drug paraphernalia. At 2:45 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Longview and Stone. Deputies contacted Jones, the driver, and Anderson, the passenger. A records check showed Anderson to have an outstanding warrant. Anderson was taken into custody without incident. Deputies observed two syringes on the passenger-side floorboard. Deputies questioned Jones about weapons and he advised he had a knife in his possession. Deputies retrieved the knife and he was taken into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed two more syringes, a plastic bag containing marijuana, a black cup-shaped object containing a white powder residue and two orange plastic bags containing a white crystal substance which field-tested positive for methamphetamine. Jones and Anderson were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tracy Lee Ponting, 28, of Kingman Sunday afternoon on outstanding warrants. At 3:15 p.m., deputies responded to a suspicious situation in front of a residence in the 3600 block of Devlin Avenue. Deputies were advised that people were living out of a van in front of a residence. Upon arrival, deputies observed a van parked on the corner of the property just off the roadway. Deputies contacted a female and male subject inside the vehicle. Deputies learned from the property owner that he allowed them to stay on his property. A records check showed the man, identified as Ponting, to have a felony warrant on a marijuana violation issued by Kingman Justice Court and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Bullhead City Municipal Court. Ponting was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
