KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ricky Steven Sill, 59, of Kingman Nov. 2 on a felony warrant for fraud issued out of Clark County, Nev., along with three misdemeanor warrants; probation violation issued by Kingman Municipal Court, failure to pay fines and issuing a bad check, both issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies responded to a disturbance outside of a residence in the 3200 block of Potter Avenue around 8:20 p.m. Dispatch advised that there were people outside arguing and fighting. Upon arrival, deputies contacted several subjects. Sill was arrested without incident for his active warrants when a records check was conducted. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's Sex Offender Registration officer arrested Harlan Lee Ritz, 52, of Lake Havasu City Wednesday for felony failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. The Sex Offender Registration Officer contacted Ritz at Mohave County Sheriff's Office and determined that Ritz was not compliant with the requirements of a registered sex offender to maintain accurate address information. Ritz was arrested without incident and transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
GOLDEN VALLEY - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Linda Sue Paregien, 59, of Kingman Wednesday afternoon for felony possession of marijuana, along with misdemeanor DUI and DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 percent. Deputies conducted a traffic stop at milepost 26 on Highway 68 and contacted Paregien, who admitted to have been drinking. Following field sobriety tests, Paregien was arrested and transported to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office where an analysis revealed her blood alcohol concentration to be .132 percent. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed burnt marijuana cigarettes. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Everado Lugo Beltran, 36, of Kingman Thursday morning for taking identity of another, a felony, and misdemeanor failure to show identification. Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Bank Street at Devlin Avenue around 11:32 a.m. and contacted the male driver. Deputies asked for identification and vehicle registration. The male subject advised that he did not have a driver's license, but he provided a social security card identifying himself as Juan Rodriguez. A computer check showed the SSN was not valid. The male subject, later identified as Beltran, was taken into custody without incident. A search of the subject's wallet revealed a Mexico driver's license identifying himself as Beltran. He was arrested and the vehicle was towed from the scene. An Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigation is pending.
