Anniversaries: Dan and Anne Hopping
Dan and Anne Hopping celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary by taking a cruise to Alaska. When they returned, they continued their celebration by taking a road trip to Santa Fe and Roswell, N.M., and San Antonio to visit the Alamo, and Tombstone, Ariz.
They were married Sept. 27, 1959, in the garden of her parents' home in Southern California. "Retiring" to Kingman 13 years ago, Anne went to work at the Stockmen's Bank, and Dan became a host for Alston Quality Homes. Now truly retired, they enjoy golf course living in Valle Vista.
Dan and Anne are the parents of two beautiful and loving daughters, Darlyne Terry of Merlin, Ore., and Michelle Krause of Claremont, Calif. They are grateful to have added sons Phil Krause and Jerry Terry to their family and have been blessed with three grandsons, Matthew Krause, Trevor Terry and Michael Krause.
