KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Sergio Hernandez, 29, of Kingman Sunday. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Willow Drive around 6:15 p.m. and contacted Hernandez, the driver. Hernandez provided deputies with a Mexico driver's license. With the assistance of Border Patrol, Hernandez was confirmed to be an illegal immigrant. Hernandez was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Mohave County Jail where Border Patrol later took him into custody. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Tomasini, 25, of Kingman Tuesday for child abuse per domestic violence and aggravated assault per domestic violence, both felonies. Deputies responded to a report of child abuse at a school on Monday. Deputies contacted school officials who reported that a 10-year-old female student said her father, Tomasini, pushed her into a wall. Deputies contacted the victim and observed a large bruise on her left hip. Deputies contacted Tomasini at a residence in the 4300 block of North Eagle Drive around 9:30 a.m. He was arrested without incident and booked into the Mohave County Jail. Child Protective Services was notified of the incident.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Daniel Lynn Stuart, 21, of Flagstaff Tuesday for aggravated DUI, DUI and DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08%, all felonies. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 68 at Tooman Road around 7:25 p.m. and contacted Stuart, the driver, whose eyes were bloodshot and watery. Stuart admitted to having one beer earlier. Following field sobriety tests, Stuart was arrested and transported to the MCSO where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .128%. He was jailed and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
