Children accuse men of crimes

KINGMAN - Two Kingman men were arrested recently and charged with criminal acts against children.

Mohave County Sheriff's detectives arrested Russell Doyle Feeler, 58, Thursday evening for felony sexual exploitation of a minor.

Police began investigating Feeler after a 15-year-old told a school counselor that she had been molested.

Investigations by the Sheriff's Office determined that Feeler had been secretly videotaping the teen. Feeler admitted to the taping but said it was not sexual in nature.

He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.

In a separate case, Kingman Police detectives arrested Gabriel Thomas Martinez, 21, Wednesday for child molestation and continued sexual conduct with a minor.

Detectives were contacted for further investigations in reference to allegations made in this case.

The 8-year-old victim told her mother of the allegations and she contacted police.

Martinez was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
