In Memory of: Teri Lynn Keener
Teri Lynn Keener went peacefully into the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, in Kingman after a short battle with brain cancer. She was born Teri Lynn Posey on June 16, 1959, in Stillwater, Okla., the third of four children. Teri was a loving homemaker to her family, devoted home-school teacher to her four children and faithfully served her community in marriage and parenting ministries through Manzanita Baptist Church.
Teri married her best friend, Kevin Keener, 25 years ago, and together they made Kingman their home 20 years ago from Scottsdale. She was a wonderful wife, loving mother, loyal friend, but above all was a faithful servant of God.
Teri leaves behind her beloved husband, Kevin Keener of Kingman; her parents, Clay and Clara Posey of Niangua, Mo., and Elizabeth and Ronald Moss of Dewey, Ariz.; her sons, Nathaniel, Caleb and Zachery Keener of Kingman; her daughter, Jessica Keener of Kingman; her brother, Stan Posey, his wife, Sara, and two children, Taylor and Kendra; her brother, Clay Posey, and his son, Casey; her sister, Lori Edwards, her husband, Jeff Edwards, and their three daughters, Brennan, Carson and Jayden, all of Tucson.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at Praise Chapel, 419 Harrison St., Kingman.
Arrangements were placed under the care of Suttons Memorial Funeral Home.
