KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Peter Sessoyeff, 37, of Kingman Thursday for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor driving with suspended license. Deputies observed an unlicensed motor scooter traveling eastbound in the 3700 block of Butler Avenue around 1:31 p.m. and contacted Sessoyeff, the driver. A records check showed Sessoyeff to have a suspended driver's license. He was arrested without incident. A search of Sessoyeff revealed a metal canister containing marijuana residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Sessoyeff was also cited for no registration and no vehicle insurance.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joseph Martinez, 25, of Kingman Thursday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, and a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies responded to a possible threatening phone call at a residence in the 3000 block of Hualapai Mountain Road around 10:30 p.m. During the investigation, deputies contacted Martinez. A records check showed Martinez to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested without incident. A search of Martinez revealed a black and silver pipe with residue and a plastic bag containing marijuana. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Mario Gonzalez Jr., 27, of Kingman Friday for felony possession of marijuana and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies responded to the 4300 block of Irving Street around 11:28 p.m. in reference to loud music. Upon arrival, deputies located the house where the music was coming from. Deputies contacted occupants inside the residence and immediately determined a juvenile party had been taking place. Deputies cited six juveniles for minor consumption and released them to their parents. During the investigation, deputies contacted Gonzalez and found him to be in possession of a glass jar containing marijuana. Gonzalez was arrested without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jonathan Duncan Hernandez, 26, of Golden Valley Saturday for felony child endangerment per domestic violence. Deputies responded to an accident in the 5400 block of Destiny Way around 4 p.m. where they found an Arctic Cat ATV in the middle of the street and turned off. Deputies observed two subjects already loaded in the ambulance. The driver was identified as Hernandez, and his passenger was his 1-year-old daughter. They were transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center. Investigations determined the ATV began to tilt when they fell off and neither was wearing a helmet or protective gear. A blood sample was taken from Hernandez to be submitted to the DPS Crime Lab for further analysis. Later, Hernandez was medically released from the hospital. Hernandez was arrested without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. Child Protective Services took custody of Hernandez's daughter.
KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report at the Mohave County Jail on Sunday regarding an assault on a detention officer by an inmate. Deputies spoke with the victim, a detention officer, who reported that Jesse Darren Pietrzak, 19, of Bullhead City was causing a disturbance around 11 p.m. The detention officer said Pietrzak kicked him as he was being further restrained. Pietrzak was charged with felony aggravated assault on detention officer.
