Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Castle Christine Hatch, 29, of Kingman, Cody Thal Ray, 28, and Jesse Clayton Webb, 33, both of Golden Valley Monday evening. Hatch was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, along with driving with suspended license and knowingly displaying false license plate, misdemeanors. Ray was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Webb was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Andy Devine Avenue just after 9 p.m. on a Toyota vehicle which displayed a plate belonging to a Ford Bronco. Deputies contacted the driver, identified as Hatch. A records check showed Hatch to have a suspended driver's license. Deputies had the two passengers, identified as Ray and Webb, exit the vehicle. Deputies reportedly found Ray to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette, two plastic bags containing marijuana and a clear container with residue. During conversations with Webb, he said he owned the vehicle and was driving earlier. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed marijuana, a black scale and a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance which later field-tested positive for methamphetamine. All three were arrested, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
