Kingman Letters of Thanks: To KRMC
To the entire staff of Kingman Regional Medical Center:
A couple of weeks ago I was taken to the emergency room of Kingman Regional Medical Center early in the morning suffering with nearly unendurable pain from undiagnosed kidney stones.
Initially I had resisted the idea of a trip to the hospital ER as I had spent the majority of my adult life in Southern California, where the emergency medical services are rife with horror stories of patients having to endure waits of several hours, endless paperwork, rude and uncaring admitting staff, etc.
I arrived at the KRMC ER at about 6:45 a.m. in absolute agony, was seen by a very sweet woman at the admissions desk, asked to fill out a single sheet of paper, and was being seen and treated by an ER team in under 10 minutes.
While I can't say that I had a good time (it was, after all a medical emergency), I am most impressed with the entire staff of Kingman Regional Medical Center.
From the admissions staff to the doctors, literally everyone that I came into contact with was, in my opinion, of the highest caliber, and a real credit to the excellence that makes KRMC one of the finest hospitals in Arizona.
I am pleased and proud to have this fine hospital in Kingman, and staffed as it is with medical professionals, I believe it to be a valuable and crucial asset to all who live in the Mohave County area.
Thanks to everyone at KRMC, you are a blessing to all in Northern Arizona.
