Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Valencia Macias III, 27, and Mary Jane Gould, 26, both of Kingman, Aug. 4 for felony possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies responded to a call at a residence in the 2300 block of Suffock Avenue around 3:45 p.m., contacted Macias and Gould and got consent to search the bedroom where they were staying. The search reportedly revealed multiple plastic bags with a white crystal substance, a glass pipe and an electronic scale. Macias and Gould were arrested without incident. A search of Macias also reportedly yielded a syringe. They were booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Amy Leona Kanthack, 32, of Kingman Aug. 4 for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. Deputies saw Kanthack driving and knew she had an outstanding warrant. Deputies questioned her after she parked in 3700 block of John L Avenue around 6:20 p.m. Kanthack advised the warrant had been quashed and she provided paperwork. Deputies confirmed the warrant had been quashed, but a records check showed Kanthack to have a suspended license and she was arrested without incident. A search of Kanthack's purse allegedly revealed a black scale with residue. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joseph Gerald Lee Eldridge, 34, and Randy Lee Kershner, 48, both of Kingman, Aug. 6. Eldridge was arrested for felony burglary and possession of burglary tools, Kershner was arrested for felony burglary. Deputies were dispatched around 5:45 a.m. to a report of two male subjects jumping fences and going into an abandoned building. As they approached the building, they observed a male subject and ordered him out of the house, where he was detained. The subject was later identified as Eldridge. Deputies entered the building and detained Kershner. Deputies contacted the owner of the building, who said no one has permission to be there. Deputies located a black backpack, which Eldridge claimed to be his. A search of the backpack reportedly revealed bolt cutters. Both men were booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested William Henry Bowers Jr., 50, of Golden Valley Aug. 7 on a fugitive from justice felony warrant issued by Las Vegas Metro Police. Deputies contacted Bowers around 3 p.m. at a residence in the 6500 block of Teddy Roosevelt Road in an unrelated incident. A records check showed Bowers to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested without incident.
