Kingman Police arrested Kasey Allen Long, 33, of Kingman Jan. 11 on a felony warrant out of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, Laughlin Station, for burglary and forgery. Officers contacted Long after responding to a disturbance at a home in the 3300 block of Yavapai Drive around 6:55 p.m. Another subject in the home was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Long, who was in the home, was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Jail on a fugitive from justice hold and is awaiting extradition to Nevada.
Kingman Police arrested Allene Raye Smith, 28, of Peach Springs Jan. 10 on a felony charge of aggravated assault on a healthcare worker. Smith had been brought to Kingman Regional Medical Center by Hualapai Tribal Police Department for DUI testing around 5:30 p.m. After arrival, Smith reportedly kicked a medical assistant. KPD responded and handled the assault investigation that resulted in Smith being booked into the Mohave County Jail on the felony assault charge in addition to the misdemeanor DUI charges by Hualapai Tribal Police Department.
Kingman Police arrested Barry Wayne Cleveland, 43, of Nebraska Friday on a felony warrant out of Maricopa County for failure to appear. Cleveland was contacted while officers were investigating an aggravated assault at a home in the 3000 block of Eastern Ave around 12:30 a.m. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
