Gary Sheler and Richard Kaffenberger, local radio hosts, will cross interview each other, focusing on how talk radio became the preferred conservative media, when the Kingman Republican Forum meets at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Elks Lodge, 900 Gates Ave.

Learn how administrative restrictions currently being considered could infringe the First Amendment rights of Internet users and radio mediums.
