Arizona gas prices on the rise
ARIZONA (AP) - Gasoline prices around Arizona still are on the rise.
Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday the average price around the state for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.52 a gallon at the pumps this week. That's up 1½ cents from last week.
This week's national average is $3.55 per gallon, an increase of a half-cent from last week. Analysts say there's still fear of supply disruption from crude oil producing areas of the Middle East.
Tucson still has the lowest average gasoline price in Arizona at $3.34 a gallon while Yuma has the highest price at $3.64.
Wyoming has the lowest price in the continental U.S. at $3.34 a gallon and California the highest at $3.98 a gallon.
