KINGMAN - A Colorado City man faces up to 17 years in prison when sentenced next month for molesting his three daughters.

Henry Cooke, 40, was arrested in May after the girls' mother contacted authorities and said her 11-year-old daughter said she had been touched inappropriately by her father. According to court records, a 13- and 14-year-old daughter made the same allegations when questioned by authorities.

Cooke pleaded guilty Monday to one count of child molestation and two counts of attempted child molestation as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. Under terms of the deal, Cooke can receive no less than 10 and no more than 17 years in prison when sentenced by Judge Steven Conn on Dec. 9. Cooke will also be forced to register as a sex offender and remain on probation for the rest of his life.
