Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Victoria Alexandra Flores, 23, of Kingman Oct. 6 for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies contacted Flores during a traffic stop on Airway Avenue at Diamond Street around 8 p.m. A records check showed Flores to have an outstanding warrant. She was arrested without incident. Deputies also reportedly found Flores to be in possession of a plastic bag containing marijuana residue. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael John O'Brien, 28, of Kingman Oct. 6, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies contacted O'Brien during a traffic stop on John L Avenue and Norrie Drive around 9:50 p.m. A records check showed O'Brien to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested without incident. Deputies reportedly found O'Brien to be in possession of a glass pipe with residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Sabrena Dorian Sumner, 41, of Kingman Oct. 10 for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Stockton Hill Road around 11:30 p.m. A records check showed Sumner to have a warrant for failure to appear issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Sumner was arrested without incident. A search of the vehicle was conducted and deputies allegedly located two plastic bags containing marijuana inside her purse. Sumner denied any knowledge of the marijuana. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Patrick Howard Hadley Jr., 38 and Kelly Ann Baker, 23, both of Kingman, on Monday, Oct. 10, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies responded to a residence in the 1900 block of Thompson Avenue around 4:30 p.m. After entering the residence, deputies reportedly smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana. A search allegedly revealed several glass pipes. Hadley and Baker were arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies along with Search and Rescue responded to an ATV accident in the area of Camelback and Bull Mountain Road on Oct. 10. An Indiana man called dispatch around 12:30 p.m. and advised of the accident but was unsure of the exact location. He advised he and his 74-year-old brother, a Golden Valley resident, had rolled their ATV. Dispatch was able to track their location from their cellular phone. Deputies responded and contacted the brothers, one of whom had non-life threatening head injuries. Due to the terrain of the area, Search and Rescue responded and transported the victim to a location in order for the victim to be flown out. Guardian Air arrived and transported the man to University Medical Center in Las Vegas.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher James Philmlee, 18, of Kingman Oct. 11, for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Deputies contacted Philmlee during a traffic stop in the 3800 block of Bank Street around 8 p.m. A records check showed Philmlee to have a warrant for contempt of court issued by Kingman Justice Court. He was arrested without incident. A search allegedly revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana located in his ball cap. During a search of the vehicle, deputies also reportedly located a plastic container. Inside the container, deputies found a plastic bag containing what they said was a white powder substance, prescription medication, marijuana and straws with a burnt end. Philmlee allegedly admitted to the white powder being methamphetamine. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
