Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Stephanie Michelle Bainer, 27, of Kingman, and Crystal Anna Black, 22, of Golden Valley, Sept. 2 for felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Black has an additional charge of a probation violation misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Patsy Road at Thompson Avenue around 8 p.m. and contacted Bainer, the driver, and Black, the passenger. A records check showed Black to have an outstanding warrant. A search of Black's purse allegedly revealed a chrome metal grinder with marijuana residue. Deputies got consent to search Bainer's purse, which allegedly contained a plastic bag containing a white crystal residue and a small white straw with residue. Both women were arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Adam Marcus Fields, 20, of Kingman Sept. 2 for felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies contacted a male subject, later identified as Fields, as he was walking north on Benton Street near Devlin Avenue just before midnight. Fields reportedly appeared to be extremely nervous. Deputies allegedly found Fields to be in possession of a plastic bag containing approximately a half-ounce of marijuana. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Daniel Cyle Jones, 53, of Kingman Tuesday for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Deputies responded around 4:30 p.m. to the area of Cottonwood Road and Amana Road, on the west side of Highway 93, where subjects in a U-haul truck were possibly taking scrap metal from private properties in the area. While in route, dispatch advised that a Department of Public Safety Officer located the truck and conducted a traffic stop on Bacobi Road south of Highway 68. Deputies responded to that location and contacted Jones, the driver, and a female passenger. During conversations with Jones, he reportedly said that they were scraping metal from the desert. Deputies observed miscellaneous old metal inside the truck and got consent to search the cab of the truck. Deputies located a small green pack. Jones allegedly advised that the pack was his. A search of a pack reportedly revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana, a glass pipe with residue and a metal pipe with residue. Jones was arrested without incident. A search of Jones allegedly revealed a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Keith Dewayne Russell Morse, 20, of Golden Valley Tuesday for felony theft of means of transportation and a misdemeanor warrant for marijuana violation issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle in the 700 block of Santa Maria Road in Golden Valley around 7:25 a.m. Deputies observed the truck not having a license plate. A records check on the vehicle identification number showed the 1996 Dodge Ram was reported stolen out of Bullhead City. A search of the vehicle revealed a wallet in the center console. The wallet reportedly contained a social security card and a driver's license belonging to Keith Morse. Deputies attempted to contact Morse without success at a residence in the 5700 block of Crystal Drive. Deputies spoke with Morse's relative at the residence, who reported seeing Morse driving the Dodge truck the prior day. Deputies located Morse outside of a residence in the 4700 block of Stewart Mountain Road around 7:20 p.m. During conversations with Morse, he reportedly said that he recently traded his motorcycle for the truck. Morse was arrested without incident. A records check showed Morse to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
