Angel Manor Inc. celebrated its 11th year of operation Saturday with an alumni and friends lunch and open house. The Kingman shelter for women and their children is a clean and sober recovery house for alcohol and drug addiction. So far, 516 women have lived at the manor. Pictured are some women from Angel Manor singing a song to founder Wendy Weaver, at right. Angel Manor helps women renew their faith, work the 12-step recovery program, get jobs, go to school and learn to live one day at a time. For more information, call (928) 530-9812.
