Kingman Letter: Thanks from Kingman Elks Lodge No. 468

The Kingman Elks Lodge No. 468 Christmas Season was a great success, with the delivery of 110 Christmas Baskets to local families, and the holding of the annual Santa's Visit, which had 300 family members in attendance.

The lodge would like to thank the following volunteers: The blue crew and other lodge members for picking up the food donations from local schools, the 30 volunteers who packed the food baskets prior to delivery, the 18 two-person crews who delivered the Christmas Baskets, and the Santa's Helpers who worked during his visit.

The lodge would also like to thank the following for their donations: The new Walgreens Drug Store employees and pharmacist for $800 in toys; Care Flight for furnishing its helicopter and crew; Little Debbies, American Woodmark and Walmart for food donations; and True Value Hardware for the Christmas baskets.

Finally, thank you, Kingman Academy of Learning Middle and Intermediate Schools for collecting over 3,000 cans and prepackaged food items for the Christmas baskets.
