A 30-year-old Kingman man was arrested early Monday morning after firing several shots during a fight at a home on Park Street, according to police.
Konrad Reinhart Houser was booked into the Mohave County Jail on felony charges of drive-by shooting, aggravated assault, endangerment and misconduct involving weapons.
Kingman Police Capt. Rusty Cooper said Houser and a second individual were arguing with a homeowner shortly after midnight at a home in the 200 block of Park Street when a fight broke out.
Houser allegedly pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the homeowner before firing two shots. Cooper said a third shot was fired by Houser as he left the scene in a vehicle driven by the second person.
No one was hit or injured.
Houser was located later that morning at a residence in the 3000 block of Emilie Circle where he was taken into custody.
Cooper said alcohol played a role in the incident and that the argument was over a personal matter between the homeowner and Houser.
The second individual with Houser is not facing charges, he added.
