Mohave 911: Tuesday, September 25, 2012

The Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team detectives served a search warrant in the 6000 block of West Kit Drive Sept. 18 and contacted the occupant, identified as Robert Lee Webb Jr., 51. The search allegedly yielded a plastic bag containing approximately 10 grams of marijuana, a glass pipe with residue, a digital scale with residue, two syringes, numerous plastic bags and two shotguns. A search of Webb also allegedly revealed two plastic bags containing a white crystal substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine and reportedly weighted approximately 4.5 grams. Webb was arrested for felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon during a drug offense. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.

Kingman Police arrested Richard Anthony Padilla, 51, of Kingman Sept. 18 on felony charges of possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false ID to law enforcement. He also had four warrants for his arrest from local courts on assorted charges. Also arrested was Nancy Mae Webb, 45, of Kingman, on a felony warrant for possession of dangerous drugs. Both were contacted around 10 a.m. at a residence in the 3400 block of Diamond Street when officers responded to a welfare concern. Padilla was contacted outside the residence and allegedly provided officers with a false name to avoid the discovery of his arrest warrants. Webb was contacted in the home and she was found to have a felony warrant for her arrest. Padilla was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin, methamphetamine and assorted drug paraphernalia. Both were booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Kingman Police arrested Darrick Tyler Barnett, 18, of Kingman Thursday on felony charges of shoplifting, fraudulent schemes and trafficking in stolen property. Loss prevention agents at a store in the 3300 block of Stockton Hill Road allegedly saw Barnett hiding DVDs in the area of the garden department. Upon arrival, officers stopped Barnett in his vehicle and allegedly discovered that Barnett had recovered the stashed DVDs from the outside of the store. Barnett is alleged to have previously sold stolen DVDs to the Hastings video store in Kingman. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
