On April 12, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher Andrew Butler, 28, of Kingman on felony charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence-impede breathing. At about 3 a.m., deputies responded to a domestic violence call at a home in the 3100 block of Melody Street. The 21-year-old female victim told deputies that Butler, her boyfriend, choked her after becoming irate and pushed her down on a mattress. Deputies observed marks on the victim's neck. She was transported by ambulance to Kingman Regional Medical Center. Deputies located Butler walking in the area of Bank Street and Neal Avenue. He denied choking the woman, but admitted he threw items at her. He was taken into custody without incident.
On April 12, Kingman police officers arrested Cory J. Northrup, 21, of Kingman on a felony warrant for probation violation. Ryan Hardy, 18, of Kingman was arrested for probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marlene Quasula, 22, of Valentine was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant out of Kingman Municipal Court. Also arrested was a 16-year-old Kingman teenager on charges of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kingman police were assisting the Mohave County Probation Department at a home in the 2800 block of N. Alpha Street at about 11 a.m. All were taken into custody without incident.
On April 13, Kingman police officers arrested William David Green, 26, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and various warrants. Green was arrested at about 1:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Main Street in connection to another incident. Police discovered Green had multiple warrants for his arrest. During a search, police allegedly found Green in possession of narcotics, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody without incident.
On April 13, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Melissa Elizabeth Gobler, 28, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license and a warrant out of Kingman Justice Court for failure to pay fines. At about 10 a.m., deputies stopped Gobler for speeding in the 4400 block of Stockton Hill Road. A records check revealed her suspended license and the warrant. Gobler was taken into custody and a subsequent search of her vehicle allegedly revealed a syringe that was full. She reportedly told police it contained methamphetamine.
On April 15, Kingman police officers arrested Joseph Riley Garner, 23, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving a weapon and two misdemeanor charges of shoplifting. At about 3:15 p.m., police responded to a store in the 3300 block of Stockton Hill Road after store security observed Garner allegedly concealing merchandise. An investigation revealed Garner allegedly had shoplifted from another store nearby. A search revealed Garner had in his possession a handgun, narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Mohave County jail.
On April 15, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Sean Michael Moyle, 33, of Kingman on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued out of Kingman Justice Court. At about 9:20 p.m., deputies contacted Moyle and a female as they sat in a parked vehicle in the desert north of Edie Drive. A records check revealed the warrant and Moyle was taken into custody without incident. A search revealed Moyle was allegedly in possession of about two grams of methamphetamine.
On April 16, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dessiarae May Roark, 26, of Kingman on charges of aggravated domestic violence, a felony. Deputies responded to the 2100 block of Snavely Avenue at about 10:25 p.m., where the 59-year-old alleged victim told them Roark, her daughter, had barged into her residence and started an argument that led to the younger woman allegedly pushing her mother several times. A witness reportedly told police Roark was asked to leave three times before the pushing began. Deputies arrested Roark at a residence in the 4700 block of North Van Nuys Road. She was taken into custody without incident. Roark reportedly has a history of domestic violence arrests.
On April 17, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Matthew Scott Cadieux, 29, of Kingman on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence, both felonies. Deputies stopped Cadieux shortly after noon in the 3100 block of E. Snavely Avenue after he reportedly ran a stop sign at the intersection of Marshall Drive and Thompson Avenue. A computer check showed the vehicle's registration had expired. Deputies detained Cadieux and placed him in the patrol unit while they searched his vehicle. After they let him out, deputies allegedly found a glass pipe with residue under the patrol unit's driver's seat. He was taken into custody without incident.
