Letter of thanks: Sue Kracker
I would like to thank the woman from the Miner who called me to ask what my problem was with my paper delivery. She just happened to call while my roommate and I were trying to decide if I should take him to the hospital ER or the urgent care and I was looking in the phone book for the urgent care to ask their advice.
She was nice enough to do her best to help me find a name for the urgent care but did not have their phone number.
It was refreshing to have a friendly, helpful person on the line. I was able to locate their phone number and was advised to take him to the ER.
Evidently not everyone in town is nasty to newcomers and we don't hate the town, but sometimes it takes a newcomer to point out to the old timers what is wrong with the town.
I don't remember the name of the woman from the Miner who called me as I was so upset about my roommate. Whoever you are, thank you for your time and patience.
