Kathleen Rae (Briles) Williams, 57, of Kingman passed peacefully into the Lord's hands on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, in Kingman. She was born on Nov. 30, 1955, in Rifle, Colo., to Lorin and Keitha "Pat" Briles. Kathy moved to Kingman with her family from Page in June 1963.
She worked many years at the old bowling alley on Andy Devine and later worked as a cashier at True Value and Walmart. Most of her life was devoted to being a homemaker, raising her daughters and helping with her grandchildren. She enjoyed bowling, camping in the Hualapai Mountains, and loved watching her Arizona Diamondbacks.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lorin and Pat Briles.
Kathy is survived by her lifelong companion, Carlos Clayton Williams; daughters, Linette (Joe) Paciolla of Gloversville, N.Y., and Mindy (Dave) Linder of Kingman; grandchildren, Kelsey Runner, Kyle Runner, Cody O'Meara and Kaden Linder; siblings, Lindia Hudgins of Doniphan, Mo., John Briles of Prescott Valley, Lorin Briles of Prescott, Danny Briles of Kingman and Robert Briles of Chino Valley, Ariz.; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Viewing will be at 9 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Kingman First Assembly of God, 1850 Gates Ave., with the service to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society or the charity of your choice.
