Deputies: Kingman man shoved gun into wife's mouth
KINGMAN - A Kingman man faces felony charges after he allegedly forced a loaded handgun into his wife's mouth during an incident Friday.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies took Cody James Farmer into custody after they responded to a disturbance call at a home in the 4500 block of Sierra Road at about 9:10 p.m.
Dispatch advised deputies that Farmer was armed and "acting violent." They observed Farmer walking outside the residence and ordered him to show his hands.
The 27-year-old victim reportedly told deputies that a small cut on her chin was the result of Farmer forcing the weapon into her mouth.
Farmer was taken into custody without incident.
A search allegedly revealed marijuana and a pipe, and deputies confiscated a loaded Hi Point 9mm pistol.
Farmer was charged with aggravated assault by domestic violence and endangerment by domestic violence, both felonies, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
