Letter: God's sense of humor
I love God's sense of humor. Case in point.
A bunch of climate change (formerly global warming) scientists go to Antarctica to document the horror of ice melting from the dreaded global warming. You may have forgotten what global warming is since we haven't seen much of it in about 15 years.
So they've been there, trapped in their vessel at the South Pole in - you got it, ice - since the night of baby Jesus' birth.
Attempts by ice eating monsters have failed to free them. Ultimately, they are being rescued by fossil fuel-burning helicopters. Heheheh!!
