Elgie Grant Hadley will be missed greatly by the ones who loved him. Elgie was a resident in Kingman for 29 years. Elgie passed on Jan. 22, 2014, and was born on April 12, 1954, in Toledo, OH. Elgie came to Kingman from Amarillo, Texas.

Elgie is preceded in death by his parents, Harry Howard Hadley and Hazel Marie Hadley, brothers Harry James Hadley, Earl Hadley and Bobby Hadley, and niece Deborah Barry.

Elgie is survived by his wife, Harriet Hadley; his daughters, Janice Tubbs, Denise Brooks and Michele Johnson; brother, Patrick Hadley (Vivian); a sister, Tina Barry (Mike) a nephew, Patrick Hadley Jr.; and niece Michelle Barry. Elgie has 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Services for Elgie Grant Hadley are at the Kingman Christian Church, 2830 Gordon Dr., Kingman, AZ 86409, from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 1, 2014.
