Mohave County still has no outcome for Arnold Plaza building
KINGMAN - A decision on the fate of Arnold Plaza was put on hold Monday by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors, which instructed staff to do nothing at this time with it.
The dilapidated building at 301 and 303 Oak St. has been shuttered since the Mohave County treasurer's and assessor's offices moved out in 2005.
The board also could have reappraised it based on lack of interest, painted it and put a new roof on it, remodeled it or demolished it.
Arnold Plaza has received no bids at the past three auctions, with the latest on June 16.
