KINGMAN - A disturbance call about a man who allegedly threw a tool bag at a victim and chased another with a knife last week led to several charges against a Kingman man.

Robert Allen Fox, 48, was arrested by Kingman Police at his residence in the 300 block of South Fifth Street on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor charges of domestic violence by assault, domestic violence by disorderly conduct, and disorderly conduct.

Officers were called to the 200 block of E. Beale Street by a woman and man, who identified Fox as their attacker. An investigation revealed that an altercation had occurred and Fox threw a tool bag at the woman, leaving abrasions on her leg, before chasing the man around the house with a knife.

The victims left the residence, said police, and Fox followed them to a convenience store, where a store employee called for police. Fox left before the officers arrived and was located at his residence. Although Fox said he wasn't involved, he was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
